Anywhere. My travel is compensated for. I’ll need at least 48 hours’ notice if it’s farther than an hour away from my hometown of Robbins, NC.

How do you handle scheduling and last-minute requests?

Following our initial consultation, you will receive my personal cell number and work email, which I monitor regularly throughout the day. You are welcome to text, call, or email me to inquire about my availability for last-minute errands, and I will respond promptly.

As I manage all services personally, you can expect to hear back from me within the hour, unless I am in a consultation. Please feel free to reach out at any time; I am here to assist you and help make your life easier.

What is your availability, and how do you accommodate different schedules?

Once we've agreed to collaborate, you can view my availability by accessing my shared calendar. While I don't need access to your personal calendar, sharing mine ensures transparency and makes scheduling our work together seamless and efficient.

How do you communicate with clients regarding updates and task completion?

I will provide regular updates, including photos, throughout the day via your preferred contact method after the completion of each task. This ensures you stay informed about the progress of your requests.

How do you handle any issues or unexpected challenges that may arise?

I will reach out to you immediately upon encountering any challenges to discuss potential solutions. If I am unable to contact you promptly, I will send a notification via your preferred contact method to inform you that you will not be charged until the issue is resolved and the task is completed.
